Scope and license
These terms describe use of ReelEmu, provided by Capsulepoint. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) governs the license for the app obtained through the App Store. These terms supplement it for use of the app and do not limit rights granted by Apple’s terms or applicable law.
Your work and third-party rights
Rights to your photos, videos, audio and edited work remain with you or the original rights holders and are not transferred to us. Ensure you have the rights and permissions required to record, import, edit and publish, including copyright, image and privacy rights. Bundled music, sound effects and fonts have their own licenses, available in Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful recording or publication, infringement of others’ rights, unauthorized access or interference with the app or third parties. Do not redistribute the app or bundled assets without authorization, except as permitted by law.
Storage and operating conditions
Export important material outside the app, verify playback and keep backups. Available storage, temperature, battery, OS, device performance and media format may interrupt or limit recording, editing or export. Deleting the app removes its private data from the device.
Pricing and the store
The current version does not offer in-app purchases. Any App Store acquisition price and transaction terms are those shown by the store and governed by Apple’s terms. If paid features are offered in the future, prices and terms will be shown before purchase. Billing and refunds for store transactions follow Apple’s procedures.
Limitations and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every device or with every media file, or a particular creative result. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be excluded, and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Changes, ending use and contact
Features and these terms may change. Material changes will be announced in the app or on the public page, following legally required procedures. You may stop using the app at any time; save needed media before deleting it. Contact: Capsulepoint / [email protected]
