同意と適用範囲
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Capsulepoint（以下「運営者」）が提供するiOSおよびAndroid向けアプリ「Glistra」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリをダウンロード、購入または利用することで、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。同意できない場合は、本アプリを利用しないでください。
本アプリの内容
本アプリは、利用者が選択した写真・動画のトリミング、グリッチエフェクトのプレビュー、加工および書き出しを端末内で行う編集ツールです。対応形式、エフェクト、画質、処理時間および利用できる機能は、端末、OS、素材またはアプリのバージョンにより異なる場合があります。
利用許諾
運営者は、本規約を守ることを条件として、利用者本人が対応端末上で本アプリを利用するための、限定的、非独占的、譲渡不能、再許諾不能かつ取消可能なライセンスを付与します。本アプリまたはその構成要素の所有権を利用者へ譲渡するものではありません。
素材と出力物の権利
利用者は、本アプリへ読み込んだ写真・動画および本アプリから書き出した作品について、利用者が元から有する権利を保持します。運営者がこれらの素材または出力物の所有権を取得することはありません。
利用者は、処理する素材について必要な権利または許可を持ち、著作権、商標権、肖像権、プライバシーその他第三者の権利を侵害しない責任を負います。本アプリの機能が、素材の利用許諾を与えるものではありません。
禁止事項
利用者は、次の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令、本規約または第三者の権利に違反する目的で本アプリを利用すること
- 本アプリ、購入機構、権利判定または関連サービスの安全性や正常な運用を妨害、回避または不正利用すること
- 本アプリを無断で複製、再配布、販売、貸与または再許諾すること
- 適用法が明示的に認める範囲を除き、本アプリをリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイルまたは逆アセンブルすること
- 不正、欺罔、嫌がらせ、権利侵害または他者へ損害を与える行為に本アプリを利用すること
Proの買い切り購入
Proは自動更新の定期購読ではなく、Apple App StoreまたはGoogle Playで提供される非消費型の一回購入です。実際の商品名、価格、税および利用可能な機能は、購入時に各ストアまたはアプリ内に表示される内容が優先されます。
購入権利は、購入に使用したAppleまたはGoogleのストアアカウントとプラットフォームに紐づきます。iOSとAndroidの間で購入が共有されることは保証されません。対応する同一プラットフォームおよびストアアカウントでストアが認識できる購入は、アプリ内の「購入を復元」から復元できます。
決済と返金
決済、取消し、返金およびストアアカウントの管理はAppleまたはGoogleが行い、それぞれの規約と手続きが適用されます。運営者はカード情報を直接処理せず、ストアに代わって返金を確約することはできません。返金を希望する場合は、購入したストアの正規手続きを利用してください。
原本の保持と出力確認
重要な写真・動画は、編集前の原本を別途保持してください。書き出し後は、意図した範囲、映像、音声、画質および再生互換性を利用者自身で確認してください。
端末の性能、空き容量、OSの制約、素材の形式または他のアプリとの組み合わせにより、処理の失敗、画質変化、音声差異、書き出し中断または互換性問題が生じる可能性があります。
変更、中断および終了
運営者は、機能、安全性、互換性、法令または運用上の理由により、本アプリの全部または一部を変更、追加、中断または終了する場合があります。合理的に可能な場合は、重要な変更をアプリ内または本ページで案内します。利用者が本規約に重大に違反した場合、法令が許す範囲で利用を制限できるものとします。
保証の否認
本アプリは現状有姿かつ提供可能な範囲で提供されます。運営者は、すべての端末・形式への適合、無停止、無欠陥、特定目的への適合、出力結果の完全性またはデータ消失が発生しないことを保証しません。ただし、適用される強行法規により認められない保証の否認は行いません。
責任の制限
適用法が許す最大限の範囲で、運営者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じる間接損害、特別損害、付随損害、結果損害、逸失利益またはデータ喪失について責任を負いません。本条は、運営者の故意または重過失による場合や、法令上制限できない利用者の権利または責任を排除するものではありません。
強行法規と分離可能性
本規約は、適用される消費者保護法その他の強行法規に基づく利用者の権利を制限しません。本規約の一部が無効または執行不能と判断されても、残りの条項は引き続き有効とします。
規約の変更
運営者は、機能、第三者サービスまたは法令の変更に応じて本規約を更新することがあります。重要な変更は、アプリ内または本ページで案内し、最終更新日を改定します。変更後も本アプリを利用した場合、適用法が別途求める場合を除き、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
準拠法と裁判管轄
本規約は、抵触法の規定を除き日本法に準拠します。強行法規により別の管轄が認められる場合を除き、本規約または本アプリに関する紛争は、運営者の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Agreement and scope
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the Glistra application for iOS and Android (the “App”), provided by Capsulepoint (the “Operator”). By downloading, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
What the App does
The App is an on-device editing tool for trimming user-selected photos and videos, previewing and applying glitch effects, and exporting the result. Supported formats, effects, quality, processing time, and available features may vary by device, operating system, source media, or App version.
License
Subject to these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal use on a supported device. No ownership of the App or its components is transferred to you.
Your media and exports
You retain any rights you already hold in photos and videos imported into the App and in work exported from the App. Capsulepoint does not acquire ownership of your source media or exports.
You are responsible for having all rights and permissions needed for media you process and for respecting copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and other third-party rights. The App does not grant you permission to use any media.
Prohibited uses
You must not:
- use the App for any purpose that violates law, these Terms, or third-party rights;
- interfere with, bypass, or misuse the security, purchase mechanism, entitlement checks, or normal operation of the App or related services;
- copy, redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App without authorization;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law; or
- use the App for fraud, deception, harassment, infringement, or conduct that harms another person.
One-time Pro purchase
Pro is a one-time purchase offered as a non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play. It is not an auto-renewing subscription. The product name, price, tax, and features shown in the store or App at the time of purchase are authoritative.
Your entitlement is associated with the Apple or Google store account and platform used to purchase it. Purchase sharing between iOS and Android is not guaranteed. On the same supported platform and store account, a purchase recognized by the store can be restored using Restore Purchases in the App.
Payment and refunds
Apple or Google handles payment, cancellation, refunds, and store-account administration under its applicable rules and procedures. The Operator does not process payment card information directly and cannot promise a refund on behalf of a store. Use the official refund process for the store where you purchased Pro.
Keep originals and verify exports
Keep a separate original copy of important photos and videos. After export, verify the selected range, picture, audio, quality, and playback compatibility before relying on the result.
Device performance, free storage, operating-system restrictions, source format, or interaction with another app may cause processing failures, quality changes, audio differences, interrupted exports, or compatibility issues.
Changes, interruption, and termination
The Operator may change, add, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App for feature, security, compatibility, legal, or operational reasons. Where reasonably possible, material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. If you materially violate these Terms, your use may be restricted to the extent permitted by law.
Disclaimer
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Operator does not warrant compatibility with every device or format, uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness of output, or the absence of data loss. This disclaimer does not exclude warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, loss-of-profit, or data-loss damages arising from use of or inability to use the App. This limitation does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or consumer rights and liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
Mandatory rights and severability
These Terms do not limit rights you have under applicable mandatory consumer-protection or other laws. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, service providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page, and the date above will be updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Unless mandatory law permits another forum, disputes relating to these Terms or the App are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Japanese court for the Operator’s location as the court of first instance.
