ASCII Nyra は写真や動画をお使いの端末上で処理します。当社が個人データを収集したり、当社のサーバーに送信したりすることはありません。iCloud に保存された動画を選択した場合、アプリで利用できるように Apple がその動画を iCloud から端末へダウンロードします。これは当社ではなく Apple のサービスを通じて行われます。

ローカルデータ

本アプリはお使いの端末にのみ以下の設定を保存します：

• 言語設定
• PRO 購入ステータス（暗号化）
• オンボーディングを完了したかどうか
• 書き出し品質の設定
• 保存したプリセット
• 非表示にしたルック
• アプリ内レビューの表示タイミングを判断するためのカウンター

これらはすべて端末内に保存され、端末外に送信されることはありません。

写真と動画

選択した画像や動画はすべて端末上で処理されます。メディアファイルがアップロード、送信、リモートアクセスされることはありません。

アプリ内課金

課金は Google Play または Apple App Store を通じて処理されます。決済情報の処理や保存は行いません。取引の詳細はすべてプラットフォーム提供者が管理します。

端末の権限

本アプリは以下の権限を使用します：

• フォトライブラリ — 画像/動画の選択と保存
• 課金 — プラットフォームストア経由のアプリ内課金処理

収集しない情報

以下の情報は一切収集・使用しません：

• 分析データや使用状況

Privacy Policy

ASCII Nyra processes your photos and videos right on your device, and we do not collect your personal data or send it to our own servers. If you choose a video that is stored in iCloud, Apple downloads that video from iCloud to your device so the app can use it — this happens through Apple's services, not ours.

Local Data

The app saves the following settings on your device only:

• Your language preference
• Your PRO purchase status (encrypted)
• Whether you've completed onboarding
• Your export quality setting
• Presets you've saved
• Looks you've hidden
• A counter for deciding when to show the in-app review prompt

All of this is stored locally and never leaves your device.

Photos & Videos

Images and videos you select are processed entirely on your device. We never upload, transmit, or access your media files remotely.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not process or store any payment information. Transaction details are handled entirely by the platform provider.

Device Permissions

The app requests the following permissions:

• Photo Library — to select and save images/videos
• Billing — to process in-app purchases via the platform store

What We Don't Collect

We do not collect or use:

• Analytics or usage data
• Location information
• Device identifiers

• Any personally identifiable information

Data Security

Your PRO purchase status is stored using encrypted device storage. All other preferences use standard device storage.
